Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) after payment confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address.

Standard Shipping (4-7 business days): $5.99 or FREE on orders over $35.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the carrier receives the package.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
5. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery. For packages lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier after 7 business days of no tracking movement.
