Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy before returning an item.

1. Return and Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cleaning tools.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Used or opened mops, rags, or glass scrapers.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care.

  • Products not purchased directly from our official website.

  • Clearance or "final sale" items.

3. The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  2. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them to the address provided. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number and photos/video of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
